Building your confidence to achieve your goals

I've been threatening to write an email for months now, I've only ever shared details with my wife before but given a couple of notable things over the last couple of weeks, she gave me the kick up the backside I needed to get over myself and just send it. I've taken a huge amount of inspiration from other people sharing their progress on testimonials and social media so hopefully this can do the same for someone.

If you want to do 1 small thing for yourself! Do this! If you aren’t sure, do this! This was the first ever time I prioritised myself & my health. I had some serious mum guilt taking 1 hour a day out for myself! Best thing I’ve ever done for myself and now for my family.

My Bodyslims journey began during Christmas 2022 when I met a family member who was looking amazing after completing the September 2022 program. She is my Biran the Bull. I had never heard of Bodyslims so I looked it up and on December 28th 2022 I made the best decision I have ever made for myself which was I signed up to the January program. I have been overweight for the last 20 years and never really got a handle on it, despite trying numerous weight loss plans and exercise plans, they never stuck...or rather I never stuck to them.

I have been struggling for some time with losing some of the weight that I have put on over some years. I was doing some research and stumbled on to your website and read some of the fantastic testimonials. I thought by myself that worse case scenario I might be out of pocket some money but it was worth giving it a go as the testimonials was great.

It’s a pleasure to give my feedback about BodySlims and would be thrilled if I was posted for social media but even more on the testimonials for anyone to read about my personal journey with your program. I believe in it so much and am truly so overjoyed to have found BodySlims. My testimonial really cannot do it justice or the way I feel about it! I'm so very grateful to have found your program through close friends (REAL PEOPLE) who challenged themselves to "surrender to win." As mentioned in one of your "unedited you unedited me" talks, I find it difficult to describe the program to others so I guess it's best to show you results.

Well here I am, 3rd course under my belt, a much looser belt than at the start of 2023. What an amazing year I have had. I found out about BS from a parenting forum, the more I read about it the more I knew this would work for me. I spoke to my cousin in New Zealand, who had weight to lose too.
