Weight Loss Transformation, A Personal Journey to become unstuck.

As promised here are the before and after photos. The 'big' fella is from January '20 at the start of my Bodyslims journey. I went back to my gym yesterday and checked my weight record there. I was 129kg on January 3rd and today I'm 89kg. That's a 6 stone loss. Thanks to you and the whole team for bringing me on my journey to a better me. For 20+ years I was obese and last week I dared to dream and bought myself a new shirt, for the dress up dinner, that didn't have an ' X ' before the 'L'.

Thank Gerard for me and I want to say that the improvements from each program (the 3 I did this year) has been brilliant. I've been promoting Bodyslims like mad as people can see it works.
