Was debating whether to post or not and then thought I started this program by reading someone’s story, so here goes
The first picture is me at the start of my @bodyslims_ journey, April 24th 2024,
At the weekend just gone by I bought my first pair of size 12 trousers (in the pic on the left )!!! thats 7 sizes I’ve gone down In just over 1 year, I’m also just a few lbs off my 6th stone & looking forward to weigh in Wednesday this week.
I’ve still a good bit to go but love that I know now eventually after all these years what to do and how to do it so hopefully this post may inspire someone who needs a bit of support to jump into BodySlims.
It’s well worth it , stick with it, it works x
