Hi Ger, Sharon and all the Bodyslims team. I started Bodyslims on 19th January 2022 and at my first weigh in I was 195lbs. Today I reached my goal weight having lost 45lbs.
I am so thrilled and want to thank you for an outstanding programme. It blows all the others out of the water.
