Weight Lost - 55 lbs
I had been struggling with my weight almost my whole life. I had probably tried 99% of all the existing diets and weight loss programmes over the years. By the end of 2023 I noticed that I spent more and more time on my sofa, moving less, starting to have troubles with my knees and avoiding looking at myself in the mirror and dreading to look at photos of myself.
Then my Brianna came, Julie Steiert sent me her Christmas letter with a recent photo of herself after a couple of rounds of Bodyslims. She looked fantastic and when I contacted her she told me about Bodyslims and suddenly I had hope again that it might just be possible for me, too.
I started my first Bodyslims round in September 2024 and was determined to do everything Ger and Carla said to do. And week after week my weight went down.
Even though nobody could see a change at first, I knew. The scales and the measuring tape gave witness of the change. My body was shrinking and my super Ego was growing. Clothes were becoming too big, I felt great. I am now at the end of my 3rd round of Bodyslims and will probably reach my dare to dream weight in the September round, right before Christmas. Which will be the best Christmas present ever.
What has changed in my life? I feel great, I have a lot of energy, I can cross my legs, I have become a walker and enjoy my daily walks, who would have thought. I went down from size 48/46 to size 38/36, from XL to S, from UK 20/18 to 12/10.
Bodyslims works if you work it. It has been a complete game changer for me and I will be forever grateful to Ger and Carla and the whole team.
