I will be forever grateful for the day I came across “Half of Carla” on Youtube for inspiring me to join BodySlims in September 2024!
After 3 rounds I have reduced my weight by 61.2 lbs (27.8kg) . I have tried every weight loss program known to mankind! BodySlims is different & I have loved the process - especially the head stuff.
As others have mentioned in other testimonials - If you are joining the programme - Surrender to it! And do what they tell you to do when they tell you to do it! It works!
I highly recommend this to anyone struggling to lose weight. I still have a little more to go to get to my “Dare to Dream” weight but I will achieve this because of the tools I have received from Gerard, Carla & the BodySlims team.
