Weight Lost - 73 lbs
Hi All,
I wanted to share a photo with you which popped up on Facebook yesterday. This was three years ago before I found BodySilms and now!
5 stone 3lbs or 73lbs or 33.11kgs difference. I’m off on holiday today on a cruise for two weeks, my other photo is the weight I’ve lost in luggage!
There is no way I could carry that around with me!
I joined BodySlims April 2023 and started my journey with Gerard, I’ve done 5 programmes so far, the most recent for maintenance with Carla.
I’m determined never to put the weight back on and the BodySlims mindset stuff is key!
I’m loving Carla’s first programme, her understanding of being overweight is fabulous motivation.
One of my proudest moments was to see I’d made it to the testimonials on BodySlims ….. I’ll be eternally grateful to the Bodyslims team for changing my life.
I hope my story inspires someone else.
