Weight Loss Transformation, A Personal Journey to become unstuck.

Hi Sharon Just wanted to say thank you so much to Gerard, yourself and the team . I started my journey in January 2023 . After seeing Fran (sole2sole ) on her journey. I have had a health journey started in 2020 with cancer. I finished my last treatment 2 wks ago. I can't tell you what bodyslims has done for me. My health, confidence and belief in myself is on another level. And of course my mental health. I did 2 programs. 1st in January and my 2nd in April. I got to my goal I set for myself at the end of July, 45lbs.

I'm back to me, the Audrey that I had no control over. Words cannot express my gratitude to the beautiful bodyslims community that's on here. It's the best thing that I have ever done in my life. Its not just about weight loss its about what it does to you head . Thank you Ger, Sharon, Carla and Linda for all the support, I can't even put into words what you have done for me xxx
